Artist FAQ
✦ Where will Paper Goods Fest 2026 be?
2026 Paper Goods will be at Russian Hall!
The address is 600 Campbell Ave in Vancouver, BC.
Visitors will be encouraged to bring their masks to make it welcoming for more people. We will have masks available at the door.
✦ How big is a table?
The tables at Russian Hall are 8-feet long and 32" deep. Since they are quite big, we’ve divided each table into two. Artists have the option of applying for 4-ft or 8-ft of space.
Every 4-ft section has room for two chairs. More chairs are available if you need more seating!
✦ Can I decorate?
Yes!
Russian Hall only allows renters to use blue tac or removable 3M products on their walls. NO scotch tape, painter’s tape, push pins, staples etc. are permitted. Please help us to keep their space well maintained for future renters like ourselves!
Tablecloths will not be provided. Please BYO tablecloth if desired.
✦ How can I share about Paper Goods Fest?
On social media, we will be promoting both the event, and individual artists through our Instagram @happenstancecollective. In addition, we also reach out to local businesses in-person, and online to spread the word Paper Goods Fest.
You are more than welcome to share about the event through your own social media.
✦ Parking
Parking is limited to what is available on the streets around the hall. Unfortunately, the parking lot behind the hall is only for tenants of the housing complex. Please be careful not to park too close to intersections, including the crosswalk out front, because cars are occasionally ticketed and towed.
If you need to load-in or out using a vehicle, there is a loading zone located on the near side of Campbell Avenue, a few meters south of the main entrance. Please feel free to use this zone for loading and unloading, for up to 30 minutes.
✦ Accessibility
Paper Goods Fest will take place in the Downstairs Hall of Russian Hall. There are bathrooms located on the same level.
The entrance for the Downstairs Hall is down a few stairs on the South side of the building.
A wheelchair lift is available to assist renters with mobility issues. The lift is located in the lobby which is accessed from the main entrance of the Russian Hall (on the West side of the building, facing Campbell Ave). A wheelchair accessible washroom is located beside the downstairs hall.
There is a capacity limit of 100 people.
✦ Is this event kid-friendly?
Yes! It’s casual, creative, and welcoming.
✦ Is this event pet-friendly?
Pets are unfortunately not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals.
✦ Other considerations
